925 Adjustable Size 7 to 9 Ring 1910 Antique Glass Cameo. They are beautiful, rare & great. This is heavy thick glass. Classic example of early 1900s traditional French Pate de verre, the artist mixed crushed glass with enamels or paint to form a paste that was carefully placed in a mold, Displaying belle epoque opulence. Extreme amount of unblemished detail to Amethyst cameo. She looks like a Goddess. The background reflects back amethyst. The majority of time foiled Cameo itself looks black; but you can see purple when it catches the light. Focal Front is 1 1/3" tall x 3/4 " Wide Raised 5/8 off finger with Gold Plated open work of vines & Rhinestone flowers; in the setting she deserves. In Adjustable Closed position ring is an 7, ring can open up back another inch with a lot of open room behind with cameo. The other rings on the hand in pictures are my next listings.
