The'Ancienne Maison Effler' was a Paris based retailer owned by Val E & Compagnie. The vase was produced at the Verriere Belle Etoile at Croismare that was managed by Paul Daum. The'D'Argyll' range of cameo glass was also produced at the same factory for the same Paris outlet. The D'Argyll brand was only produced from 1928.
