Cameo Glass Tumble Up decanter tumbler set antique bohemian
Up for sale a very old (late 1800's), very heavy cameo glass tumble up carafe/tumbler set. The cameo glass appears to be acid cut-back, a very dark cobalt blue over clam-broth white. The design is a Morning Glory vine, flowers and leaves. The edges of the design are outlined in gold enamel. The outer glass is high gloss. Some loss to the gilding. No chips cracks or repairs.
The pics show the blue lighter than it actually appears in ambient light. The white is also a starker white. Dimensions : Carafe= 6.75" tall x 4.5" dia. Tumbler=3.75" x 2.5" diam; Total height 8.
