Cameo carved art glass by Kelsey Murphy & Robert Bomkamp. This was offered in the 2010 fall lamp special folded flyer that came to the dealers. The tri-fold paper handout is NOT INCLUDED in the sale but used to reference the piece.
One box will be the shade in the original box and another, just for the heavy base. This way, it will be safe. Has a roll, on/off switch and it is shown in one of the photos.
