The front of the plate is signed by Louise Piper and is titled "Cardinals". The back of the plate is signed by Louise Piper and is dated 5-17-82. The Cardinals and Dogwood Flowers are hand painted on a Cameo Opalescent Satin Glass Plate..... The rim of the plate is opalescent glass.
