Ruby cameo glass flower art glass vase Olver tulips

This hand blown vase has white over a ruby glass vase. The vase is 6 inches tall and 4 ½ inches in diameter at the widest point. The workmanship is excellent and the flowers, which we believe are tulips are very detailed. The vase is signed with the name Olver, but we have not been able to identify the artist. We believe the piece is contemporary and is quite similar in style to the cameo glass being produced by Fenton. The only flaw in the base is on the mouth where there is a tiny bit of white missing.

It is very thin and we cannot tell if it is a chip or the maker slipped a little bit on carving the edge.
