Joseph Martel Silver Mounted Daum Acid Etched & Enamel Cameo Glass Pitcher French. The silver mounts bear the Joseph Martel mark as well as the 2nd Standard mark. 800 Silver with the featuring a figural Cat-O-Nine Tails motif. The cameo glass is signed "Daum Nancy" with the Cross of Lorraine, and is adorned with green enamel painted & gilt gold carved Iris flowers with an acid etched background.
This pitcher measures 10 3/4" x 6 3/4" and weighs approximately 3 pounds. Please note that the signature is very hard to see, and needs to be viewed in natural light for it to be visible. This piece is in exceptional condition with no damage, cracks, chips or restorations.
