Signed - Daum Nancy Cameo Glass Bowl circa. 1895 - A Landscape in Warm Colours. This is a beautiful cameo glass bowl by Daum Nancy with a landscape featuring the perfect balance of land and sea. The bottom of the bowl is like the shore, lined with trees that give way to sailboats on water with mountains and a tree line in distance.
This is a low round bowl with a rim that is pulled at the rim in four spots. The colours remind me of a fall day at sunset, warm browns and mottled pinky oranges and greens achieve the look. Signed: Daum Nancy France in cameo.
Measures: 8 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches high. Excellent Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs. One tree trunk shows a tiny exposed air bubble of less than 2mm.
