Thomas Webb or Mt Washington Cameo Glass Biscuit Jar

Beautiful Webb or Mt Washington Cameo Glass Biscuit Jar. This piece is straight from my personal collection, and fresh to the market. This lovely cameo glass biscuit jar features opal glass cased with dark jade green and a lighter pastel green, which was acid cut back and engraved to make a lovely scene of oak leaves and flowers. There are four scenes around the biscuit jar with various variations of the oak leaves and flowers. The handle, lid and attaching metalware is silver plated (plating is tarnished a bit), and the base has a large polished pontil.
