Vintage Sterling Silver Novelty Wedgwood Cameo Style Rattle Teether. An unusual, vintage sterling silver Wedgwood style rattle/teether. Very decorative with a framed cameo style top, depicting an angel carrying two young children, with a dove flying in the background.
It is not ceramic, but glass with an opaque/resin type cameo, the blue background being translucent when held up to the light. Has three bells attached to cameo frame that make a good clear rattling sound. Stamped STERLING SILVER 925 to the neck. The teether is a highly decorative, cream coloured hard plastic with raised forget me not flowers.
Measurements: 2.75" in length by 1.25" (not incl bells). In good vintage condition; please view all the photos to appreciate.
