Antique Val Signed Cameo Art Glass Vase with Enameling Highlights

This is a beautiful cameo art glass frosted vase that is acid cut and highlighted with a painted floral design of enameling. Note the'Val' signature on the lower portion of the vase.

This vase is all original, no repairs, no cracks, and no chips. High and at the bottom has a diameter of 7 1/2? And at the top is 2 3/8?

In Blount's'French Cameo Glass' book on page 127, photo 222, item D, there is a vase that has the same signature, as my vase does. The signature is given a close up on page 152.
