Features amethyst colored leaves and vines and measures in at approximately 6 3/4 inches in height by 3 1/4 inches wide at it widest point by 2 5/8 inches from front to back (also at widest point). Dates to the late 19th to early 20th century.

He is founder of first president of the School of Nancy in 1901. One of the most outstanding figures of the applied arts of his time and one of the pioneers of the Art Nouveau period.
