Emile Galle France Signed Acid Etched Cameo Art Glass Powder Dish withOld Label

Emile Galle France Signed Acid Etched Cameo Art Glass Powder Jar or Dish with Old Sticker/Label on bottom. 4.25" in diameter (opening at top is 3.25" in diameter) and is 1.25 high. This most likely had a lid to it, however, the lid is no longer present. The label on bottom (shaped like an old wax seal) reads "Marton Alajos" then two words I cannot make out ("CS Udvari" perhaps) followed by the word "Szallito". And at the very bottom, it reads Budapest.

It also has the number 91 or 16? Etched on bottom - could be the year produced. Appears to be an early 1900s or late 1800s Galle signature. Shows some minor wear but overall really nice condition.
